rollator and disney buses

This is the first time we will be using Disney transportation and DH rollator. Its has four wheel and a seat and is big. I'm not sure I can fold it up and carry it up the bus stairs by myself. Because of DH disability he is not going to be able to help carry it on the bus. Can he use the ramp in the back of the bus to get it on?

Disney mostly got rid of all the buses with stairs so he can use the back door ramp just let the driver know. Once he on he will have to fold it due to federal dot regulations and keep it in front of him while he seated. Of the bus is full and no one give up the seat the driver will call for another bus so you don't have to wait as long. You won't have to worry about the buses and the rollator their brand new low flow buses no stars to board unless you get one of the few and mean few old bus and you can use the lift. Have fun the buses are such a small part of you have abut trouble just ask to speak to their manager which I don't think you need to to be but just in case.

The new buses front door wide enough with the driver kneeling the bus but they don't always get that close to the curb so the back door still will be the best bet.

1) Yes, just tell the bus driver.
2) The driver will let the ramp down.
3) As a bonus, the driver will let you in on top secret WDW information and rumors.
