Role questions!!

Hey everyone! I'm new at posting on here..Today, I had my phone interview for the Spring 2010 CP . Needless to say, I'm so excited that there's even a possibility of me working at Disney next semester! My first three choices were vacation planning, BBB, and hospitality, but i hear that they're actually pretty hard to get =/ I did include QSFB on my web app but to be honest, I'm really not too interested in it..what are the chances that I'll be placed in QSFB even though it was not in my top three?

You're likely to get QSFB as that's what the majority of open roles are in.

The only reason I got offered BBB was because I had already participated in the program in Fall 07 as BBB.

=/ do you think it would be a problem if i called on Monday and asked QSFB to be removed from my app? I checked off tons of roles as well as those four so do you think if I removed it from my app it would hurt my chances of being accepted?

I wouldn't stress. Even if you do get QSFB you will still be working at Disney thumbsup2) and you will be in the CP role that pays the most money. It will work out like it should. But I wouldn't call and ask for it to be removed. It may or may not look bad, but do you really wanna take the chance?

If that's a role you do NOT want to do, then I suggest asking them to take it out of your choices. You'll enjoy your program a lot more if you're cast in a position that you actually want to participate in.

I agree with the previous posts. If you DO NOT want to do QSFB at all even if it means not getting into the program then yes have it removed. However, I would keep it and stress that you would like one of your other three choices.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I'm just in a tough situation, if it comes to doing QSFB or NOTHING I'd absolutely do it..but I'd just be so much happier in ANY other role, especially my top three or merchandise..

Do you guys think there are still a lot of open spots in other roles that I could be put into? Any input would be so so helpful!!
