Role question ?

Hi there! Just a few questions! One will what job you put down help you acceptance? For example my top roles are lifeguard and floral (which both I have many year experience) since I'm assuming those are the top jobs will I have a better chance on being accepted?

Roles that are the largest across property are easier to be accepted into. Roles like merchandise and attractions are the biggest and thus more people will get accepted there. I had 8 years of photography experience and was only given merchandise both my programs, I had to go PT to finally get into Photopass. It can help but it is really just dependent on the selection process.

honestly, i have found if you have any sort of experience lifeguarding and you put it down - that is where you will end up.

You'll probably get put in lifeguarding if you're accepted. On the Spring 17 DCP apps, lifeguarding is listed as one of their four "high need roles" so if you put interest there and you have experience you'll more than likely be placed in that role. However, you never know with Disney!
