I have pretty much been a lurker on the other thread but you all are so much fun I have to join you in the lounge

I'm here. This has been the nicest thread to be a part of. ROL Lounge Rules!

If we actually get a ROL Lounge shirt - I may even break down and wear it for the DarkSide Half Marathon. If any other Loungers are going to be at AK before rope drop on 4/17, I am guessing I will be running out of animal Kingdom park right around 7:30am.

Ok, I am in. I call dibs on the comfy looking lounger over here in the corner. Is there a bartender? If so, I'll take a Riverwater. If the bartender doesn't know what it is, I found the recipe online. It could be the official lounge beverage:

Riverwater
.25 oz Bols® melon liqueur
.25 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
.25 oz raspberry Bols
.25 oz 151 proof rum
pineapple juice

Pour all into pint glass and top with pineapple juice and shake. Top with a cherry.

So much easier then getting a seat at Trader Sam's and not nearly as expensive!

Went to Trader Sams in early March and because I had heard about all the lines I made us get there an hour early. Of course on that day we were the only ones waiting until 4:00 when they opened. My husband thought I was crazy for getting there so early. He got his though....about an hour into our visit while conversing with nice people and enjoying our drinks at the surfboard table I look and my husband is almost sitting on the floor. The stool he was on was slowly being lowered....we all just started cracking up. He said he couldn't figure out why it was getting harder and harder to reach his straw!!!! He as a good sport.

All I can say is Ummm... Yummm. Lounger is all yours!!

Probably thought the drink must have been a little stronger than he thought! We had a blast at TS! But we went thanksgiving week and were very glad we went early and waited. We were not the only ones hanging out with pagers at 3:45!

And I bet we could get it to light on fire of they put an extra shot of 151 on top

an "AK themed lotus flower & elephant member logo" shirt that is a more subtle tongue in cheek.

Great shirt designs!

We've all been getting "Shanghaied" since Iger took over! (but that's just my personal opinion!!!)
