ROL Dining Package

We are a party of 4....3 mobile and 1 with scooter. Is the scooter going to be a problem at ROL? She prefers not to transfer, but might be able to do so if a very short walk. How many minutes before show time should we be in line? Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

They have a handicapped viewing area. We did the ROL dining package and had reserved seating. We got there an hour early (we already did the park and there wasn't much else to do with a complaining 14 year old. ) and even the reserved area filled up quick.
