Rogers Musical VIP/WOC Dining Package - Help

Hi

Haven’t been to DL in years.
These 2 experiences are new to us. And we are only here for one day!

1. VIP tickets for Roger’s the Musical: we are doing DL first and then DCA. What time do these VIP tickets sell out?

2. We have a dining reservation at the restaurant that offers the WOC. Do we just ask for it?
Also is it better to do the later show (less crowded?)

They start selling at/just after rope drop. You can always ask, but people for whom it's a priority schedule their time to have their entire party be there for that. You can always check when you're able to hop, but I'd be prepared for the limited slots to be gone by then.

There are the 2 VQ drops you can go for. You don't get the bonus stuff, but at least you should be able to see it.

We were in the park today. Got a spot in the virtual queue for the first show. 45 min before the show, we were notified that it was cancelled. Cast members said that our VQ will roll over to the second show. 45 min before the second show, we were notified that there will be no shows today. We saw maybe 20 people with lanyards walking around the park. I assume their VIP is not refundable.

I would hope it would be refundable. Most places if shows/events you pay for are cancelled you get a refund. The only thing you get in advance as I understand it is the lanyard and wrist band. The popcorn and bucket and soda are things you get when you check in for your show.

Maybe I need to pivot and start all my days in DCA next week just in case...

Just do the Virtual queue and get there about 50 min before. We got seats in the center by the back of the first section. I don't think the premium is necessary.

I'd hope they were at least given the option to get those and a pass for the next day's performance OR a refund.

Back to original questions…what time do VIP sell out and any experience with WOC dining?

VIPS have historically sold out before 11 am.
WOC, you talk to your server and let him or her know that you want the WOC package
