ROFR'd at Old Key West possibility?

Hi all.. Feeling panicky... Got a contract at $102 per point 100 points. 200/23, 100/24. Since we are starting a new year and ideas on if Disney will swoop in and take my possible joy?
I haven't seen that they have been buying too much back as of yet. Although it is only Jan 30th.
Anyone have any thoughts? Please be gentle lol

You never know what they will do. But, the good news is that ROFR has slowed way down and lots of contracts are passing at levels much lower than 6 months ago!

We fed a 50pt 2042 OKW contract to the ROFR puppy about this time last year.

DVC likes OKW because they can extend it. So maybe. Who knows? There are more contracts. Points are points.

We ultimately didn't care, because we found a 50pt BWV one about a month later and got it.

Lower dues and a better location anyway, so sometimes ROFR is nicer than you think.

Most of the fall targets and the 1 contract I saw bought back for January are CCV.

But OKW 2042 was the #1 overall target for ROFR in 2022. I have a small contract in ROFR now! Good luck!

That is what i was worried about with the 2042 is that they will swoop all of them up. I wonder if any 2042 get left alone.

I'd say a 2042 OKW might squeak through if mid-to-high price-per.

Ours was just below the typical mid-range price.

A $92 pp and a $90 pp got through last quarter. Lots around your price point. I didn't look at contract size though.

Mine is 100 points... although 200 points to start with they had 100 banked for 2023

We bought a 2042 in December (small 50 point) and passed ROFR and are in ROFR right now she resort 100 point. So we’ll see! Seems pretty quiet right now

No both BWV. I was thinking OKW but we really want BWV and it’s difficult without home resort priority. Fingers crossed for you for OKW. I love their 2 bedroom villas..they are huge! I’m

I am hoping so. I am sure it will be about 30 days so hopefully within this time they dont get all crazy lol
