If Disney opts to exercise ROFR and buy back a contract, what is usually their timeline for closing the deal? Held in suspense for a couple of weeks now. TY

Very, very quickly. Often within a week. They need to turn around and sell those points to someone else.

Do you mean the timeline for notifying or for settling the closing documents once they have given notice of intention to buy back the contract?

For the former, it's no different, they will sit on it as long as they would for any of the contracts they're working through. For the latter, they will provide closing documents as quickly as possible, for the reasons that Supersnoop mentioned above .
