So our contract was sent to disney on 12/22 and our deposit check was returned cashed today.I know it's soon but would the Title company cash the check or just leave it in eschrow until the deal went through?

They hold the funds in escrow, not just the check. How would they know the check wouldn't bounce if they held it for the whole month.

My curiosity was because they sat on it for about 10 days before cashing it.
