Rofr

Yes. I have heard as little as about 2 weeks but "around" 30 days seems to be the norm. I think we waited 26 days if I remember correctly.

I think we were around the 3 week mark.

You can check the ROFR thread. Many of the folks that passed it include their submission and approval dates.

I'm assuming you're waiting on a contract - Good Luck!:)

I am, January 18th Submitted and every minute is killing me.

Our first contract took 4 days and it failed. The next one took 3 weeks and it passed. Our agent said they only announce decisions at certain times of the month and evidently we hit it just before they made annoucements the first time.

Has Disney ever taken LESS than 30 days to decide on a resale?

When there are few resale contract sold ROFR can take as little as two weeks. Right now with the volume of resale contracts being submitted to Disney ROFR is taking almost exactly 30 days.

I wish I had better news for all the buyers out there.

I submitted on 1/5. Friday is my 30 days and I haven't heard anything yet :sad2:
Just because you haven't heard doesn't necessarily mean that DVD hasn't made a decision and let the seller know. I'd check with your agent if one is involved and ask they talk to the seller to see if they've heard anything, assuming you haven't gone this route already.
