ROFR - Vero

Does anyone have any idea as to what DVC's limit of ROFR for Vero is right now? We are thinking of assuming a loan for a family member and trying to decide if we will need to add in a bit of cash to the deal to make sure it goes through. I guess we need to make sure that an assumed loan even needs to go through ROFR first. But we are trying to weigh all aspects before making a final decision.

We passed Disney ROFR on a VB resale at $67.00 per point in December, and a friend of mine just passed a VB resale last week at $65.00 per point.

I was told that anything north of 63.00 will pass right now at vero, don't know if that is true but that is what I was told due to the amount of resales on the market

Thanks for the help. I wonder if you have to go through ROFR on a loan assumption. If so, I doubt it will pass. We would only be paying $57.50 a point. I feel kind of bad paying so little, but they would have to sell at $66 a point to just break even with the 10% commission. And they really need to unload the points right away. We really can't add too much cash to the purchase right now and we are really doing this to help them out of a tough spot. Thanks again!
