When does LSL go on sale? I can see them not wanting to defend $150s for several months because the aggressive PVB ROFR ramping up to PolyTower worked so well…they can save the money and then jack up resale prices by $50/pt or more quickly if they think they need to.

Why would they need to hack up prices for other resorts because of LSL?

PVB tower was part of PVB, which made sense….
