Title Company says estoppel papers are coming in 3-4 days after ROFR waiver lately. Hoping this is the case!

Wow! Does the agent or title co. advise of ROFR passing? Do they typically call or email? Our contract was sent Tues 12/6 and deposit to title co overnighted and received Wednesday 12/7. I confirmed receipt of each. Now I'm just a ball of nerves!

We are here sooner than I would have thought...saw a 150 point VWL contract come up that was nicely loaded, and put in a much lower offer than the listing price. 24 hours later, here we are!

After looking at this for over 5 years and renting points three times we finally pulled the trigger on a resale contract. Hoping it passes ROFR!

DVC Resale Market is our broker and has kept us informed all along the way via email. They advised us of the normal timeline but we were happily surprised to see things moving quicker. Title company said last week they got a contract that passed ROFR and estoppel papers showed up three days later. No guarantee ours will be that fast but we will see.

You're not alone. We're using *** as well and haven't heard anything since passing ROFR on 11/22. This is our 3rd time using *** and everything went well the first two times so I'm not concerned.

We just passed ROFR (as sellers) on Friday. I noticed on the member website that the accounting department will be closed from this Thursday afternoon through the whole day on Friday, working on dues statements, so I am expecting things to be proceeding pretty slowly for a while.
