This is just a day after everyone told me pretty much 0% chance of them ROFR'ing an Aulani.

Well, we got the alert, but this kind of thing has happened before, and it was a mistake. So until you hear me announce it from the top of the EPCOT ball, I would be skeptical.

Adding on what I anticipate to be my last contract in entirety…tiny Animal Kingdom contract in my use year. I’ll update later once the contract comes through. Should give us just enough points in total to spend a week in a 2 bedroom in my desired travel dates pretty much every year!

I don’t think they’d want the additional Aulani points to sell, at any price. Maybe I’m mistaken but I don’t get the impression that Aulani is sold out year round, so any points they have pose a haircut.

Aulani is pretty busy all year round. I think Disney is pretty successful in selling as cash rooms whatever DVC inventory is available to them. I don’t think they care how long it takes to sell out, if ever.
