Has anyone in this thread confirmed Direct Prices lately ??
I'm trying to find the current Direct Price for HHI, and have seen different prices at different sites.
Fidelity ( https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/ ) has a table that shows HHI at $165 for New Members with a 150 Point Minimum, but $205 for Current Members with a 25 Point Minimum. I've not seen that type of difference in Direct , New vs Add-on ? Is that correct ????
If so, that makes my current HHI Resale contract look even sweeter!!
(waiting for it to be sent to ROFR, to add the string here.......)

That has to be a mistake because they never have more than one base price. The DVC website lists it at $165

I’m inclined to agree, and was curious if anyone else had seen that.
What’s the best source to check the current DVC Direct Prices, without having to log in to the DVC site. (even the DVC site is not conspicuous with the pricing data)

I use the site because it has the most up to date base price. It’s easy to find. It doesn’t have the incentives for sold out resorts, if there are any, buy at least you know the base.

They are a good reference, but currently have current member promo for CC listed incorrectly for BR.

I think it depends on who you ask. All the “experts” have an opinion but basically no one really knows where the economy is headed.

I'm curious then why you have no doubt it will be worse in 6 months?
