That's where we are trying to buy...had 2 tsken already, just waiting for the current owners to sign and then it will go to Disney. In our search, it seems like there are a lot of SSR contracts for sale

Based on the fact that everything is clearing ROFR so fast lately, can we assume that is due to less contracts being submitted for review?

This would also line up with the fact that listings are sticking around longer and prices seemed to have dropped over the last few months.

I dont totally agree. The contracts that might have interest for Disney which is SSR and BLT they don't clear rofr fast. Mine took 25 days.

The ones that Disney don't care for they clear fast at the moment.
