Thanks! We pulled the trigger quickly after spotting this one. It is our second contract and hopefully will satisfy hubby, who has been itching to add on since we purchased first contract 18 months ago. I edited original post to include closing costs, forgot to add it to original purchase price.

Thank you! I know there are multiple views on VB but we love going to the beach and the low price did help even with the high dues it didn't put me of!
