I'd list multiple contracts individually, but either way is fine.

Adding myself to the list - been watching these boards as I wait for our ROFR. We're past 21 days so I'm a tad bit nervous... Our theory was that BRV wouldn't be taken because of Copper Creek, but I've seen a few snatched up by Disney so who knows...
