It’s the same for me. Anxiously waiting...but it is fun too I must admit. A little like a kid at Christmas wondering what’s under the tree. Am I going go to get what I really want?? Getting the decision from the broker is the moment we find out lol.

This should really be called the ROFR therapy thread. Plus the data, while very helpful, causes your brain to constantly recalculate the odds of passing. It's a sordid state of affairs.

We went to ROFR on 2/28 for an OKW contract, but just had to resign the contract with an addendum. Does anyone know if this will be resubmitted to Disney and what the time impact will be? I'm curious because I just saw a few OKW contracts accepted that were submitted at the same time as ours.

Not really in a rush, but don't care much for the wait.... The changes were-
1) had the owner bank the 2017 points. This is why we aren't in a rush as we will not use the points until the to next UY, and will have double! But not sure why it took 1.5 weeks to do this.
2) The contract was originally said was to expire 2042. The revised document changed it to 2057. This is the first that I heard it was an extended contract, a nice surprise....

It will be resubmitted but it only adds a couple of days at most. One of the sellers on a contract I purchased passed away before closing so I went through something similar. If ROFR was already waived, it won't be changed either. They just have to provide a new waiver to go with the updated contract.

Anyone else obsessed?? I'd imagine if you're posting here and waiting for rofr, you understand my constant e-mail checking and dreaming of DVC points. I'm thankful for this board and thread to keep me busy and entertained. I'm trying to resist the urge to look at future trips with the points I don't have yet, but it is hard! I have to admit I'm already looking past the points I own and DVC dreaming of the ones I hope to have. Just had to share with the only people in the world who might understand

1st time posting here.

I've been following this thread for a few weeks now. I submitted my first purchase offer on 3/1 so hopefully the ROFR is kind to me. I don't want to say what it is yet (don't want to jinx it).

Ive been sitting impatiently like you guys and this thread does help a lot.

I just wished that it was more active with more posts lol.

It is so strange. She finally emailed this am saying they haven't heard back on ours.... Cannot help but think It is a goner.

Don't give up hope, DVD likes to take it's time with ROFR, all three of my contracts went to whole 30 days for ROFR and weren't taken.

I just started working with Shawn Ray, I have an accepted offer and I'm waiting for the contract to be sent out, she's been responsive so far with the initial offer then counter offer..I'm pretty antsy but glad to hear you've worked with her as well.
