So after staying a week at Poly in Feb we decided we would love a small contract to have a few nights in Jan every year but obviously this was after the massive direct price increase I made offers on 2 other contracts of which both went for asking price, so when this one came up I just jumped in and offered full asking price. This feels really expensive compared to our SSR & BCV contracts but as there are hardly any small Poly contracts on the market I didn’t feel like I had much choice. Just hope Disney doesn’t take it

PVB has just skyrocketed in the past few weeks. I guess thats a small contract so it is a little more pricey, but still, when I started researching I saw $130ish per point. I imagine the PVB direct pricing has had a big impact on this. Good luck on your ROFR, I suspect you will get through without issue.

Most definitely! I had to jump on a contract that was more than twice the points (and cost) I was looking for and immediately after was already thinking about more, ha! Let's just say, I'm glad I stretched when I did, or I'd still be shopping (secretly looks at all resale sites daily)

We're in remarkably similar boats, both with PVB contracts that are roughly half-loaded. Yours is for more points (250 v. 150) but at a slightly lower price point ($133 v. $134), but really, there's an awful lot of similarity here. I guess what I'm saying is this: I really, really hope you pass ROFR! Good luck!

Do I see correctly that you already had one taken at 125/pp? That's tough - I hope this one comes through for you! This contract was actually a little larger than we were looking for, but I thought it was a fair price (compared to recent resales at the Poly), and it will give us a lot of flexibility. But if we don't get it, we'll just keep shopping!
