Hey guys I need some guidance.

I received my closing docs for one of the contracts. I'm asked to print, complete the forms by hand and send them back.

By "send" I imagine they want me to dispatch a raven with the documents, sealed by my house emblem in wax?

We closed with First American on our Aulani contract and had to send physical docs back. There was a prepaid Fedex label but I believe we paid $75 for this shipment in the closing costs (possibly b/c we're in Canada).

I havent seen any posts here for VDH. But Im pretty sure I saw they had a VDH listing at $149pp so maybe thats the one and they took less on it.

You can! We grabbed a 100 point contract at $120 per point a couple months ago, and prices seem to have fallen even further since then. It was listed at $125 per point. Just be quick to move on them when they show up!

We missed out on a larger Oct UY contract earlier this week after I was dragging my feet so I immediately offered on this one last night (listed at $142/pt and we offered $125), agent confirmed details this morning, and seller accepted within the hour. This should compliment our other loaded 100 pt CCV very nicely. Fingers crossed for a big family trip next year!

Almost gave in to an overpriced alternate, near-similar size listing that I had offered on a few times over past few months then this one swooped in and saved me from overpaying. Phew!
