I didn't have to negotiate the first 3 contracts... I simply gave the sellers what they were asking.

I think you'll pass. It's basically the same contract that Tardisblue had pass.

if @gr8tdame does not pass ROFR -- then she should just go ahead and apply for a job at DVC -- or at least ask for a cut of the proceeds from all the brokers she's helped out.

Would only do it if I got some real good perks. This is exhausting.

I just got word from my broker WE PASSED!!!!!
I can hardly believe it!

Took us 27 days to go through Estopple... Then 6 days from submission of closing docs to recording Deed. Deed recorded June 06th, waiting on Disney for welcome pack & member ID.

It could have been 24, but there were a few revisions that needed to be made... Added a few days. Seems as though some of my fellow Estopple buddies had a quicker turn around than I had - so don't get discouraged by my timeline.
