ROFR Slowing Down???!!!

I have some great news for you resale buyers who have been affected by the recent "aggressive" buyback - - Disney just let an Old Key West go through at $68 per point, a Hilton Head went through at $64 per point AND a Vero made it through at $61 per point!!! Talk about significant savings!

Do you think Disney's slowing down on ROFR for all DVC resales?

I think it all depends what is in the contract, banked ,borrowed , etc.
Now that I own, I'm happy Disney is keeping the price up. Before I owned I wanted the prices to be low. Go figure. Rich

who knows? we've been trying to guess Disney's ROFR pattern forever, right?

anyway, i thought someone on this board had already reported having a non-VB/HH contract go through for $67 and another one at $69? i can't remember what resorts they were.

there's way too many variables though. just like Rich said.
