ROFR question plus one more

so....from what I can find to read- ROFR is automatically triggered if we post a contract for sale by a broker,and someone wants to buy it?
IF we do get into that- how does it work? does ROFR go thru at the same amount as it would sell for anyway?
Say we get an offer for our points- and Disney buys it back- we wouldn't lose anything,right?
ANd....I've been reading thru some listings- it appears that the smaller contracts(less than 100) are better sellers than larger? Ours is 250,and I'm wondering if it would be appealing to anyone right now- any pointers on selling successfully out there?
I think we'll def. need a broker,etc- but I need all the help I can get! TIA

ROFR happens when a buyer and seller reach an agreement. At the point the signed contract is received from buyer and seller it is sent to Disney. If Disney decides to buy the property back then simply Disney is going to be the buyer. The seller will receive the same funds they were getting if the buyer was getting the property. The buyer can then have their money refunded to them or try and find another listing.
