ROFR for Vero or HH

I see that many of the offsite resales are in the mid 60's, I'm assuming Disney is exercising their on ROFR at a lower dollar amount for the offsites than for the WDW resorts (where the resale demand is higher). Do you have any recent ROFR experiences (positive or negative) with Vero or HH?

I see VB contracts in the low $60's ($62 is a popular number) and one or two listed at $58 - with a full year + banked points.
