Anyone stayed here before? What's it like? Just looking for basic clean accommodation. Quite good reviews on Trip advisor.

Thanks :)

i always use tripadvisor and holidaytruth before i book any of our holidays, i find the reviews to be quite accurate.

Hi Simon
What rate you got? Best I can find for 31st May-14th June is £389 or £535 incl breakfast. Tripadvisor does not look too bad, rated 68 out of 292 hotels but for that price I think you should be looking at something better.

Does it have to be up Idrive? For £434 you can stay in a 2 bed Condo at Windsor Hills/Palm area off 192.(we stayed there last month)

Hotel we have stayed in 4 times now is Best Western Lakeside, I believe its still a Virgin Flagship hotel, great value for money at £304, shortcurt to Disney up Serberth road in about 5 mins.

Loads more these were best of what I saw.

hi i have stayed at the rodeway inn 3 times before.I thought it was okay if you just want a basic hotel. Its okay if you are not going to be in the room very much.Hotel was clean as well.On our 3rd visit we found it to be quite noisy at night and people running about the corridors. If you are going to stay there you should ask to be in the main building not the annex.

Wayne - that's a great price. Where'd you find that?

I knew someone would ask after I just closed the page:rotfl2:
www.xcapewithus.com have 2 bed Condo at £435, 3 bed at £452
www.travelrepublic.co.uk are just a few £ more. £449/£467
There are more suppliers like Skoosh and Youtravel.com a few more £

Only thing with using these agents is you don't know exact apartment, we booked direct with owner at Easter but cost us £60/night for the priveledge of knowing which apt.

Hi, we stayed there in September 2004 when hurricane Jeanie hit Orlando. My husband sat up all night and watched it from the Hotel Room window on the first floor (we survived and slo did the hotel). The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was cold and we had a 13 month old. We stayed in the Holiday Inn next door in March 2004, and were to stay there again in September but had to cancel due to a family death. When we rebooked, the only place available (due to hurricane coming in) that looked okay was the Rodeway Inn, but did the job, although I think it cost a lot more than you mention. Enjoy

we've stayed in the Rodeway 3 times as well, the last time it was looking a bit tired but it is in a nice location and was clean. Also the Shoguns restaurant attached to it is rather yummy :thumbsup2

Stayed at the Rodeway back in 2000 and although it was clean and handy for the parks, we have since discoved accommodation on the 192, which I personally find better for the parks and are better accomodation.

Windsor Hills for me in approx 48 hours...
