Rock 'n' Roller Coaster or Tower of Terror?

Well, I'll let you know in a few days- we will be there on Wednesday!

The last time we went to MGM was 1997- went on ToT and LOVED it, but RNR wasn't there yet. I am very much looking forward to trying it out.::yes::

Like others have said, it's hard to compare them. But the bottom line, Tower of Terror is my all-time favorite ride of any kind at any park, so I obviously go with that.
But...next week...we'll be riding both!

I consider both rides equivalent in quality, theming, and fun but I personally enjoy ToT more right now because I haven't been on drop rides until ToT and I had a blast.

TOT gets my vote. I love them both but TOT can't be beat! :thewave:

TOT gets my vote. The theming can't be beat, and the adrenaline factor is HIGH!! RNR is just a bit rough, as it jolts your head around too much for my liking, though I always ride it at least once every trip. :p

RnR is easily my favorite but I do like ToT. Originally from the central Ma area and saw Aerosmith many times in the early and mid 70's. Still one of my favorite bands.

It all depends if you like coasters or not. RNR is really cool with the music and all. The lights out with the black lights on the signs are really cool. But that inital blast off watch out...Zooom

TOT is really cool. The whole hotel theme and I went on this in April and thought it was really cool. But right before Halloween they showed the movie with Steve Guttinburg (I can't spell today) and Kristen Dunst. It adds more to it.

My DW will not ride either...so more for me. I like the one that has the shorter line.:teeth:

I love both rides, but TOT is the most unique- like nothing you've ever been on before. RnRC is cool and has great themeing, but I've been on roller coasters in the dark before- oh wait, this is Disney, its a "roller coaster type ride". :)
