:cool1: I came across a fare of $72.00 each way with www.airtran.com non-stop from Rochester - Orlando or $165.00 including taxes for March Break 2009 in case anyone is interested. I know the school board my kids attend have no school on the friday. Rochester is only 1hr from Buffalo so is another option. You won't find anything even close from Pearson during March break.

Departing: Friday, March 13, 2009 Earn 1 A+ credit $72.00 - Coach
Rochester, NY (ROC) to Orlando, FL (MCO) Flight 756
8:00 AM 10:43 AM

Returning: Monday, March 23, 2009 Earn 1 A+ credit $72.00 - Coach
Orlando, FL (MCO) to Rochester, NY (ROC) Flight 588
12:50 PM 3:27 PM

Total Cost of Flight $165.00

Hey webworm,

I saw your post this morning on RFD and ended up booking those flights thanks to you.
$825 for 5 people :cool1:

Thanks again,
CPC

What a deal...I wish our travel dates were more flexible.....

How is Air Tran as an airline to fly with. Do they change schedules after the schedule has been posted and tickets are sold. Are there extra fees for baggage as with some other airlines. We have flown out of Syracuse and even driven to Albany to fly Southwest. I am considering driving to Buffalo next time but Rochester would be an hour closer. Any one with feeback I would love to hear it.

My inlaws live in Rochester and have used this a couple times and say its a great flight. They are hoping it will be available again next spring.
