Robin at Kidani

We had an issue with our luggage carrier breaking on the way down and it had twisted and stripped the nuts on the attachment bolts. The folks at Kidani were very accommodating and said they would send someone to help me. Well, Robin was awesome and stayed there until we got it off of the vehicle and even disposed of it for me. I am not very handy with tools and he was absolutely awesome. I have no idea what we would have done without him.
