I can't believe in 8 more days we will arrive at the GF and the day after will be tying the knot at the happiest place on earth!
I've got just about everything done except the packing. I have my bags out and the dogs are quite unhappy about that. I scooped up they're food last night. My friend who doggie sits them likes it best when I use snack sized ziplock bags with individual servings. Sounds silly, I know, but you have to consider that I mix up 3 kinds of dry dog food and this way she doesn't have to be concerned with mixing the food up. That and I know they get the right food in the right portions.
I finished making my veil. I think it turned out nice. I'm not 100% sure that I'll where it... I told DF that he can make the final call on it when I'm all dressed up. I can go either way on the veil - but I just don't know if I'll feel like a bride without it.
I also finished my clutch. I made a clutch using duponi silk - it turned out beautiful. I put a carved shell brooch on it with some tulle.
The announcements are all addressed, stuffed, stamped and sealed. They turned out really great. Very fun... Just like our kind of sorta elopement. I guess that's the best way to describe it as we have no guests.
