Roaring Forks Question

I'll be staying at WL next month for the first time. I like to get up really early and run to the food court for a small breakfast and coffee in the morning (like bagels, muffins, fruit, etc.) Can anyone tell me what time they start serving these things at Roaring Forks. I'd like to be able to get them by about 6:00 or 6:30. Also, at what time do they start serving the grilled breakfast items? Thanks.

6:00am to Midnight
Breakfast Grill 7:00a.m. - 11:00am
Lunch/Dinner Grill 11:00am to 11:00pm
