curious to know how R n r and space mountain 2 differ from WDW.

We love these rides in Orlando and always ride as many times as we can

.:rotfl2:

Do the rides have similar waiting areas as wdw

Space Mountain is very different in WDW to DLP. Space Mountain in DLP is more comparable with RNR - there is a fast launch and you go upside down. I find Space Mountain quite rough compared to RNR.

I cant really compare the two RNR as I go on get stapped in close my eyes and scream the whole way round so the visuals are lost on me :lmao:

I think the Rock and Roller Coaster is much the same ride - have a look here for the differences:

The Space Mountain ride at DLRP is far better than its counterpart at WDW. The Paris ride has inversions, which I think the WDW does not have.

Have a look here for the details:

My sister says that the WDW Space Mountain is rubbish, she was very disapointed when she went on it as she thought it was going to be like the DLRP version.

Thanks for the info

We  Rnr so my kids will be so pleased Space mountain 2 is similar as the

WDW one is quite tame but still good fun. :yay:

I got to the front of the line on the WDW one, expecting it to be like DLP version, but wouldn't ride it as I was worried because they didn't have over the shoulder restraints. When the rest of the family got off they said that they didn't need the restraints as it didn't invert.

I have only been on the original Space Mountain in 1999 and - to tell the truth - i did because my friend's 10 years old DD had been and i didnt want to be the jelly belly one lol
Was much much scared as we got on the ride (and you had to wait a few seconds before the gun shot ) and so kept telling myself *it's just for fun, it's just for fun* but honestly after the first jump in the dark was just fun and i didnt realize either there had been an inversion.
That's why i keep wondering if SM2 will be more scary :scared1: :scared1: !!!

I think the story is different on the RnRCs. This is entirely from memory, so please correct me if I'm wrong:)

In WDW Aerosmith have given you tickets to a gig and the ride is a crazy limo ride to the show.

In DLP it's a more straight forward take - the band talk about their new 'coaster and want you to have a go.

I've been on both a number of times and would rate the Paris version as faster and more fun (and the same goes for Space Mountain!)
