Rix at Coronado Springs

I saw a video of these Mickey Waffles with Chicken Tenders inside served at breakfast at Rix at Coronado Springs.
They sound pretty good so I've made a reservation. We are not staying at CS, but have some down time so I don't mind to travel there.
I would love to hear your opinion on this restaurant/these waffles. Thanks!!

I haven't had those waffles, specifically, but I've had many very good breakfasts at Rix. Portions are very generous. CM are amazing. Take some time to walk around the resort, if you can. It is magnificent! The grounds, the lake, the tower and where you will be at Rix are all stunning. Have a great trip!
