Riviera tower studio/extra person

I rented DVC points to book a tower studio for two nights for me and my 12 year old daughter before we move to Wilderness Lodge. Now it is looking like my husband may join us for the trip. Of course I am locked into the room since I rented points and you can only book two people into it. I thought maybe I should just book a different resort room for those nights (WL is not available). But I probably would have to put it in his name since mine is on the Riviera reservation. Not sure what to do ...

You physically can’t fit three in that tiny room. Idk about the renting aspect but I stayed in a tower studio last month so that much I know. They are TINY.

If you have to keep what you booked and a second room at Riv is too expensive try a second room at a Skyliner resort so at least he could join you gals as easily as possible. CBR if it’s in the budget as parts of it are easily walkable to Riv and if he gets unlucky in room placement Riv is a Skyliner ride away (any part of CBR is walkable to Riv if the Skyliner is down/backed up).

Tower studios are max occupancy 2 persons. So without breaking Disney policy that’s the most allowed in there. Did you rent points from a company or an individual? If it’s a company you’re 100% stuck. If it’s an individual you can reach out and they can adjust for you, if they are willing.

I rented from a company so I am definitely stuck with the reservation. That’s fine. But if I book another room and we all stay in the second room together, can my name be on that reservation also?

Book the hubby at a value for those two nights and you and your daughter enjoy your studio!
