Riviera Release of Rooms

I presume as Riviera Resort sells more points, DVD will release more points resulting in a release of more rooms into DVC inventory. I have a waitlist for January for a Tower Studio at Riviera Resort. Does anyone know what happens when DVD releases additional inventory? Do they fill the waitlists?

Also, I have a reservation at AKL so I'm fine if the waitlist doesn't come through so it's not a problem.

It's hit or miss. Keep an eye on the forum or Dvcnews, so when a new declaration is done you can go and book them immediately.

I had WL fill during active sales at Poly and at CCV right about the time new declarations were made at each. There’s no way to know for sure, but I’m convinced that when they make new declarations they do fill WLs. No matter what, set up the WL - what do you have to lose?
