Perhaps, perhaps not. For my upcoming stay I did price it out down to specific rooms, and a deluxe studio at Riviera is $520 a night, compared to $527 for a garden view at GF. So Riviera is lower but not much lower--pretty much equivalent.

We just stayed at Riviera for 4 nights and in all honesty its a more premium hotel than GF is( and I love GF, or at least VGF).

Last year or so we went over to Caribbean Beach saw they were building a resort next to it, is this the Riviera? We saw the Sky Ride they were building also there.
