Any solid rumors as to when these are starting?

We're headed down April 23-30 and didn't plan for any AK "nights" but may need to swap ADRs around if these are going to be running by the time we get down there.

I don't know how solid it is, but from what I've read Earth Day as a rumored opening date for ROL. That would be very fortuitous timing for you if true.

All they're saying is Spring. I get the feeling it debuts after both of our trips from the recent construction photos. I haven't heard of rehearsals for either of them yet. If they had a line in Vegas on this, I would bet on Friday May 27th (Historically the 24 hour day at MK) to give them time to soft open Night Safaris.

And it's hard to know what to expect when it does open.
Will people be lining up for hours for seating? Will it be FP+ only? Will seating be only for folks who bought an upsell party experience?
Not a lot to go by.
We are visiting 5/7-5/15. I'm not sure if I should hope it is up and running, or not. If it's up and running and we are shut out, that's not very special.

I can tell you that from the looks of the construction as of yesterday, they'll really have to push it to be ready by early Spring.

It's on schedule. Some sources say March but I'm thinking mid to late April.

The hot rumor has Rivers of Light,Night Safari and Tiffins all coming online on DAK's Birthday-Earth Day.

We shall see.

They are already working on the animals adjusting to being out at night.
They have been in rehearsal for the ROL for months now.
Auditions were in the late summer or early fall.

My prediction? It will be quite similar to WOC at DCA.

Crossing fingers for a dining package with Tiffins - hubs does not do fireworks, so this would be the only date-night viewing party we could go to.
