I'm looking at the calendar for our dates in December and noticing there are no showtimes for Rivers of Light. Is this being discontinued during the holiday season or have they just not released the showtimes yet?

Disney's official Rivers of Light dining package page on their website says: "The dining packages for Rivers of Light are released as showtimes are confirmed, which is approximately 3 months in advance. We understand that this does not align with other dining reservation booking windows, and apologize for any confusion this may cause."
