Rivers of Light or La Nouba

Having seen neither and having only time to see one of them, which would you recommend and why? I do realize it is a personal choice but would appreciate input from those who have seen both. We are seniors and this will probably be my husband's only trip to Disney.

Haven't seen La Nouba, but ROL was just meh for us. Could you watch a couple YouTube videos of each to see what y'all might enjoy more?

La Nouba is going away forever soon. I'd probably do that as Rivers of Light could be done on another visit. I haven't actually seen Rivers of Light yet (will be on Saturday) but I love La Nouba and have been multiple times.

I'd say La Nouba.

La Nouba is a much longer show (90 mins plus intermission; ROL is I think 16 min plus a 15 min preshow). ROL is obv free with park admission (unless you do a dining package), whereas La Nouba is a separate show ticket.

ROL is pretty, but it's basically some slow-moving, lighted floats with fountain effects. La Nouba consists of some very impressive acts (bike riding stunts, trapeze,...). And La Nouba is ending at the end of this year, so it really is the last chance to see it (if your husband ever does return to WDW).

Definitely La Nouba. As other posters have said, this is your last chance to see it, and it's a great show. We haven't missed it, whenever we go to DW we always make it a point to get tickets.

La Nouba x 100, but it isn't really fair to compare the two. You can often get a pretty good discount on Cat 2 or 3 seats through the Cirque Club.

La Nouba is fantastic. Not too be missed in my opinion. Was worth every single penny.

La Nouba for sure, but you really can't compare the two. I found RoL quite boring but it's also free with park admission.
