It's set for early 2016. I think I remember hearing Marchish. Nothing official yet construction is still well underway.

After the huge delays in opening new Fantasyland, I'd be very careful about taking anything Disney (or people in these forums) say about specific dates for the opening of Avatarland. Especially given Cameron's well established notoriety for dragging projects out far beyond their originally planned delivery dates.

Rivers of light has nothing to do with avatar. The new nighttime show does not have Cameron involved in it and It's been said it will open before avatar in 2016. New fantasyland didn't have huge delays either it was purposely stretched out like that.
