Rivers of Light Dining package question

Does anyone know if your whole party needs to be at the meal to get all the ROL show vouchers in the dining package? We have a few who may not make our meal time but all want to go to the show.

For all of the dining packages we've done, the vouchers were based on the number of people eating/paying for the dining package.
