Does anyone know when it will be up and running? Will they now require ps's?

I e-mailed disney. Scheduled for Dec. 15 opening. I hope so, planning on having dinner there on the 18th. I think they just did a remodel, but did not take the time to add the balcony seating.

Will you still be able to get breakfasts here? Will we need reservations for them? Im confused as to what is going on. I know there was a remodel or some referbs but I wasnt sure about the menu changes or reservations.

Technically, River Belle is a counter service type restaurant. You order your food at the counter, watch it being made (especially Mickey Mouse Pancakes) get your tray and find a table to sit. No need for PSs.

Ok great to know. Ive been there before but I wasnt sure if they were changing it to a reservation policy
