Rivera at Thanksgiving

We are planning a trip for Thanksgiving 2024. We will need 2 1bdrm villas. Is this a thing I should try to "walk" or should those be ok at 8 am at 11 months? We've never gone during holidays like this so I'm really not sure what to expect.

I certainly hope not. If you can't book a 1BR villa at 11months without walking (ethics questionable), I don't know what the point of owning DVC is. I'll be trying to book VGF, and don't plan on walking.

The 1 bedrooms don’t need to be walked…well I have had no trouble getting early December without an issue.

I've been able to book at Riviera at thanksgiving and New Year's and got a 2 Bedroom shortly after the 11 month window opened up.

Should be perfectly fine during Thanksgiving especially for a 1BR. You don't need to walk this thing.
