RIV dedicated 2 bedroom vs lock off

Have two families going next December and going to get a 2 bedroom. 3 kids under 3. Anyone have opinions on dedicated vs lock off?

The SV dedicated have better locations IMO. Check TP and you’ll see

The studio side of the lockoff will have a separate door to the outside - some parents are concerned about their kids being able to escape, but OTOH for some parties it’s nice to be able to come and go independently. The other difference will be the kitchenette in the studio, allowing that group to have coffee, snacks, etc. without interfering with anyone who might be sleeping in the living room.
