We stayed at the Ritz Carlton from 12/30 to 1/1. This place is great and I highly recommmend it over any of the deluxe properties at Disney (less money too in some cases.) I was very impressed by how warm the pools were. The resort complex (it is connected to the JW) spent a ton of money on the fireworks display for NYE. We were able to see them "up close and personal" from our balony and they lasted much longer than anything being done at Disney which we could see in the background.
