Rise Strategy and park reservations

We are going in June and have 6 days in the parks. As of now we only have one reservation for Hollywood Studios. Should we book a second just in case we don't get a rise boarding group? My family LOVES MK so we have 3 of our 6 park reservations there. Are park reservations for MK hard to get for resort guests? I was thinking of replacing one of my MK reservations for a second HS one, but if I get a boarding pass on day 1 switch it to MK.

That’s what we did. Book two days at HS and ditch the second if not needed. Other than weekends, MK seems to be available.

We rode rise on the first day, but kept the second reservation and rode it again on that day, too.

It may be possible to change your park if you don’t get Rise on first day attempt. We don’t do ADRs in the parks, so we’re a bit flexible.
