Rest In Peace/RIP/ is a private tour available during HHN nights run by VIP tours.

if you pull up the universal website, you can find info about vip tours there.
they are located in the park on the studios side.

anyone can sign up for a tour during regular park hours or for the hard ticket event hhn.
you pay in advance for the tours.

rip and vip tours are usually signed up for in advance.
you can make the vip tour fit your needs of your group.
it is personalized that way and a great way to do the parks.

no information on dates for the RIP tour have come out yet.
when it does, it will be listed on the hhn website.
