Does anyone have a Rannai or any other tankless water heater. We're moving into a house that's all eletric. We're considering switching the hot water, downstairs heat and dryer to propane and using a rinnai tankless water heater. Does anyone have a rinnai and can give any comments on them, do they really save over typical hot water heaters, do things get as hot as a normal hot water heater?
Also we'll be using well water, I;m not sure if that would impact it or not.
