Loved the newest update. The Grand Floridian looks so decked out for the holidays.

Jill - the pictures of Brooklyn and Bella are so cute. They need to teach my child how to be photogenic. Abby just likes to hide her face now.

I am starting to love Mondays because I go every Monday now to the doc before DD #2 is born. Today is the first to check if any progress is being made. So, now Mondays are exciting (glad the appts worked out like that so I can look forward to Mondays for once).

"Monday again " is right. Somehow I am not "in the zone" today. I think it is the thought that we don't have a single day off in March -- the first month this has happened all school year. (We're not spoiled or anything. )

Well, we do have our spring break in two weeks, so that is good. We'll need it, because they are adding 30 minutes to the day from now until near the end of April to make up snow days.

Stick your pouty lip in! We get to go to the Disney Store in Memphis next weekend!!!!

Oh yeah ~ I forgot!

Are any of you near Memphis people going to be able to make a Disney Store meet next weekend? (Not this week, but the following one.)

I am tutoring to help prepare for the state tests at the school that used to employ me. It's only a few hours a week from February through mid-May, but today is the first day that I feel like "Monday again?" I think it's because I stayed up way to late this weekend. Want to know what I was doing? Reading old MeMom and Jill trip reports. I read the whole "Baby and the Tramp" report, and I just got to the announcement that Jill was expecting Bella in the "Magic Camel report".

I am really enjoying them, btw.

I am thinking about driving to the Disney Store on Wednesday!

Boy, you are going waaay back to the beginning of our DIS history then! I'm surprised you even gave the second report a chance after seeing how crazy we were in the first one. We're appreciative of you sticking around, though.

It is getting close and so exciting for you. It'll be interesting to see how much she looks like or doesn't look like Abby, and it'll be so fun to watch Abby loving on her baby sister.

I'm hoping Erica will give us a picture or two of her baby shower, but if she doesn't have time, I think Dawn will be putting some up on her PTR.

They added five minutes to our day to make up our snow day -- our last period of the day now feels forever long. I can't imagine thirty whole minutes!!!

Balloons ready to drop for New Year's Eve.

We looked at these same exact balloons the day before you when we were there for Elizabeth's birthday dinner!

Since our Disney Stores are gone, I can't even look at Disney Easter things that I wouldn't have been able to buy anyway. Looking would still have been fun. All of you guys that still have stores will have to share pictures with those of us who have pouty lips right now.

Happy Monday folks! We had a busy weekend with my BFF from growing up in town with er family. Today I had a million and one ideas of things to do, but well, I needed a day to recoup. It's another busy week for me this week. I volunteer at Doug's school, the hubby has a birthday and my mother in law will be here this weekend. Don't worry though, I'll stop by to look at photos!

I love seeing the GF all decorated for Christmas. It reminds of my honeymoon! We had dinner at V&As our first night. Here's something funny though. I am sure based on dates that the gingerbread house was up but I have no recollection of it. Must have been so smitten with my hubby that I totally missed it!

A good Monday? Well, I guess if we are alive and relatively healthy and we have a home and family and a job to take care of them with, we can't complain too much. Still not my favorite day of the week, but it could be worse, if I didn't have all the above.

That thirty minutes is going to looong, I'm sure. Everybody is an uproar about it - parents and teachers alike. They would have been better off to have done it at the end of the year, but they say it will give more time for TCAP practice. The thing is, we all know it is not going to make a bit of difference in the TCAP scores.

This week we have to do ThinkLink testing and DIBELS. Why do they make these things fall on the same week? Being a 'teacher' is frustrating sometimes, because we don't get to teach so often. We're 'testers' a greater and greater percentage of the time. I miss the fun units we used to do.

Neither Trent nor Jarvis had ever been here, and John had not been here at Christmas.

Folks at 'The Fort' have fun with Christmas decorations.

Jarvis was straightening up a fallen over Pooh decoration when the owner came over and started talking to us. She said they stay there seven months out of the year!

I had smacked Brooklynn in the head with something - my purse or my camera or something, I can't remember, so the lady came over and gave her a treat to help heal her injury.
