Not sure if they have exactly what you're looking for, but I love www.phonezoo.com for my Disney ringtones. They're free and virus-free. Try them out!

Do you mean from the Boo to You parade? Do you happen to have the song already? I have made lots of my own Disney and other ringtones on my iPhone using the app "Ringtone Maker" by Zentertain Ltd.

I can sit around for hours playing with that app.
